Engaging the Kingdom of God to Transform the culture of a city.

The Nashville Fellows Program is a community of churches that equips young adults to love the church, excel vocationally, and live missionally in every part of life.

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2017-2018 YEAR! APPLY HERE!

The Nashville Fellows Program is a nine-month Christian leadership and discipleship program for young adults. We offer recent college graduates a holistic opportunity to enhance their understanding of who they are called to be in Christ and engage with their calling to advance God's kingdom in both their future vocation and every aspect of life.

The Fellows Program runs from late August to May and is hosted by a collaboration of three churches in the Nashville area. Through this unique ecumenical approach, we seek to equip young people to both understand the relevance of Christ in our culture and develop a framework for engaging this culture towards His redemptive and transformative power.

Life Together

The Nashville Fellows know that life is never lived in a vacuum, but that we are always being shaped by the community that surrounds us. As a Fellow, you may start as one of twelve strangers, but after a year spent working closely together to know Jesus, explore his calling and serve others, you will leave transformed by relationships that last a lifetime. Come and see how life together can create a thriving world.

Roundtable

We believe that a shared meal is about much more than just food - it's an invitation to deeper community. Each week, Fellows come together with the director and church coordinators to eat dinner, fellowship and dive into discussion about everything serious and silly. In the midst of this informal weekly dinner, you will experience true community as you walk through a broken and beautiful world with friends and mentors by your side.

Host Families

Host families can be the most daunting aspect of the Nashville Fellows program, but truly the most rewarding. Living with a family who has selflessly opened up their home is a humbling and life-changing experience. As you seek to engage and integrate Jesus into every aspect of life, you will see practical examples of His coming kingdom through the beloved messiness that is one family, living under one roof.

Work

Explore your vocational calling.

Whether you are a business owner, a music-maker or a stay-at-home parent, every job set before you is an opportunity to engage the world with the love of Christ. The Nashville Fellows work 28 hours each week in either a marketplace job or ministry opportunity, cultivating this idea that all of life is a vital piece of God's mission to the world. Nashville is most famous for its thriving music industry, but it is also a hub for health care, publishing, banking, and transportation industries, as well as a large number of colleges and universities. The Nashville Fellows have opportunities for jobs in all of these career areas, but even more, the working experience is meant to be an outlet for Fellows to work through the holistic worldview they are cultivating in class and community with one another.

Weekly leadership luncheons will introduce you to some of Nashville's leading community members, whether they are major league baseball pitchers like R.A. Dickey, Dove award-winning musicians like Brandon Heath or even Tennessee's own Governor, Bill Haslam.
