Hire a Fellow
Fellows work four days a week to gain valuable experience in their field of choice and explore what it looks like to serve the Lord in a professional setting. After all, work isn’t just something to do to collect a paycheck — it’s a gift from God and has eternal significance. Whether you’re the CEO of a large company or operate a small business, you can play a pivotal role in helping the next generation of professionals get hands-on experience while you model Christian leadership in the marketplace.

Host a Fellow
God uses the body of Christ in special ways to facilitate spiritual growth, which is why Fellows live with someone from their host church. As long as you have a spare bedroom, there’s no home too small or too large. Whatever your situation may be, you have more to offer than you realize. By inviting a Fellow in and sharing both the joys and struggles of every week, you’ll help model what it looks like to walk with the Lord at home, at work and in the world around you.
Would you consider opening up your home and lives (and also your fridge and pantry) by letting a Fellow do life with your family for nine months?
Mentor a Fellow
Mentorship can be transformational at any stage of life, and we believe it’s absolutely vital for young adults who are navigating a new career in a new city. By being consistently available to listen, answer vocational questions and offer encouragement, you never know the lasting impact you’ll have.
Would you consider sharing your time, wisdom, wins and struggles with a recent college graduate, encouraging and advising them as they start a new season of life?
