We encourage prospective fellows to apply before the early application deadline, November 15, whenever possible. The winter application deadline is January 15, and the spring application deadline is March 15. After this time, we accept rolling admissions pending availability.

Using our extensive network of Nashville connections, we match you with a job placement in the Nashville area that falls within one of your areas of interest. Throughout the application process, you'll tell us about the career areas that interest you most. Once applicants are accepted, we’ll begin searching for a placement. We will do our best to arrange a position that fits your areas of interest, but we do not guarantee you'll be placed in your preferred field. We guarantee that you'll be placed at a company that "gets” the Fellows Program and is eager to develop lifelong, valuable professional skills in you. We encourage you to also look for job openings in your field in Nashville, knowing that you may have family and friends in Nashville who can also be a resource to you in this way.

Each Fellow will be matched with a family from their assigned home congregation, which will host them for the duration of the program. Host homes will be chosen based on what church coordinators believe would be a good fit, utilizing information provided by host families on personality, preference and other factors.
-
We will ask a few church-related questions through the application and interview process, wanting to gain a sense of who you are. We will then prayerfully consider your responses in relation to our churches for the best placement for each Fellow.
-
For one day a week throughout the year, the Fellows are taught by Pastors from our churches and multiple guest lecturers. You'll be covering topics like biblical theology, theology of culture and how Christians can offer God their hearts, minds, souls and strength for God's glory and the building up of His Kingdom. You will have reading assignments and be offered the opportunity to sit under great teachers who are excited to invest in you.

Thanks to the generosity of supporters, we’re grateful to be able to offer the Fellows program for a heavily subsidized cost of $7,500. We encourage you to allow your family, friends, home church and mentors to invest in you in a partnership of prayer and financial support. We provide all of our incoming Fellows guidance and advice on how best to fundraise for your tuition. Upon acceptance to the program, a $500 deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining program fee balance of $7,000 may be paid throughout the program via one of several payment plans. Through our church community's generous support, tuition scholarship funds are available. Additionally, if a Fellow accepts a job with one of our Employer Partners, they generously cover $1,500 of your tuition, bringing the cost down to $6,000.
